Remodelling of an 2 storey house with separate basement office. Access from the main street and a rear courtyard garden confused the existing flow through the house.

The new layout responds to a more contemporary way of living. Borrowing the space from the redundant hallway allowed the reception room to be enlarged along with removing a central dividing wall.

New through views from the living spaces to the kitchen makes this space feel more generous than expected.
