Working from the initial briefing, through planning, pricing and during the construction on site, this prestigious high end refurbishment and extension to an existing 5 storey town house was completed early 2018.

The project has a carefully considered pallet of materials, finishes and colours. A polished concrete floor to the kitchen and dining areas are complemented with warm honey coloured timber. Oak flooring adds warmth throughout the rest of the house which we have deliberately kept to a muted light grey pallet. All of the 6 bathrooms have Carrera marble, the master suite has luxurious copper accents. To every bedroom we designed bespoke joinery, the master bedroom textured doors with bronze trims and warm cedar internals look amazing.

We carried out new structure work to the ground floor to achieve a large open plan living space which has the flexibility to be divided with siding panels.
